Coastal Flow now offers a BirdDog Lease Program that eliminates the need for upfront capital investments in communications equipment, software, or other infrastructure components. And the BirdDog Lease Program category options, as well as the availability of custom leases, means that existing equipment such as flow computers can typically continue to be used, thereby reducing overall lease costs.
Cellular Communications Equipment
- Lease Term: within Coastal Flow's service area, minimum 12 months; month-to-month thereafter
- Equipment: cellular-based wireless communications modem with installation kit
- Services: cellular communications + BirdDog "standard" (4-hour polling)
- Charges:
- Months 1-12: $ 169.00/month + applicable taxes
- Months 13+: $ 119.00/month + applicable taxes
- Plus equipment installation costs (included with 18-month minimum lease term)
- Optional Services:
- Relocation of equipment to an alternate customer site within Coastal Flow's service area – on a time & expense basis
- Meter inspection & calibration – on a time & expense basis
- BirdDog with hourly polling – additional $ 20.00/month
- BirdDog with hourly polling + alarms – additional $ 45.00/month
- Equipment Maintenance & Repairs:
- Included during equipment warranty period
- Extended warranties are optionally available
- Excludes meter inspection & calibration

- Lease Term: within Coastal Flow's service area, minimum 12 months; month-to-month thereafter
- Equipment: cellular-based wireless communications modem with installation kit, and 30 watt solar panel
- Services: cellular communications + BirdDog "standard" (4-hour polling)
- Charges:
- Months 1-12: $ 199.00/month + applicable taxes
- Months 13+: $ 129.00/month + applicable taxes
- Plus equipment installation costs (included with 18-month minimum lease term)
- Optional Services:
- Relocation of equipment to an alternate customer site within Coastal Flow's service area – on a time & expense basis
- Meter inspection & calibration – on a time & expense basis

- Equipment: cellular-based wireless communications modem with installation kit, 30 watt solar panel, and ABB Totalflow microFLO 6213 flow computer with installation kit
- Services: cellular communications + BirdDog "standard" (4-hour polling)
- Charges:
- Months 1-24: $ 359.00/month + applicable taxes
- Months 25+: $ 159.00/month + applicable taxes
- Plus equipment installation costs (included with 30-month minimum lease term)
- Optional Services:
- Relocation of equipment to an alternate customer site within Coastal Flow's service area – on a time & expense basis
- Meter inspection & calibration – on a time & expense basis

Lease Availability: BirdDog Lease Programs may not be available outside of the company's geographical service areas, and Coastal Flow reserves the right to accept or deny lease applications on a case-by-case basis. Lease quotations are provided upon request, and execution of a Lease Agreement is required.
